In the development sector, he has led capacity building and training initiativesand contributed to projects for international organizations such as FHI 360, The Gates Foundation, The Red Cross, Pact, Netherlands Development Organization (SNV), World University Service of Canada (WUSC), USAID, EU, and others, working across Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
His expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including reproductive health, education, earthquake preparedness, nutrition, WASH, and infectious diseases such as Nipah Virus, HIV, Ebola, and malaria.

Previously, she worked as a Qualitative Researcher for the World Bank in Jakarta and as a Communication Consultant for Global Health Strategies in India, supporting the development of a champion network of influencers in Indonesia.
She also serves as a Communication Lecturer at the Department of Communication, Universitas Indonesia, sharing her expertise with the next generation of communication professionals.
