In Indonesia, we conducted a research study to prepare an SBCC strategy to promote earthquake readiness among middle and low-income homeowners in areas at high risk of earthquakes. An American Red Cross project funded by USAID/OFDA.
Using our CBCA tool, we conducted a BA SBC workshop among project personnel and stakeholders. Based on the results of the workshop, we prepared the guidelines and trained the research team that conducted the FTER among the target audiences to validate the findings of the BA.
We prepared the final SBCC strategy including an M&E recommendation.
In Honduras, our team worked on the strategic planning of an SBCC project to increase registration and permanence in schools. A DEXIS project funded by USAID.
Using our CBCA tool. We conducted two BA SBC workshops among stakeholders and project personnel in Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula. We prepared the research guidelines and trained the teams that conducted the FTER in eight regions of the country to validate the findings of the BA workshops.
We designed and created the initial concepts of a recommended SBCC campaign, and pretested the communication materials using our ICT tool.

We provided TA to the Ministry of Information on the creation of the SBCC campaign We trained LINK’s personnel and stakeholders and supervised the pre-testing of the materials for the SBCC campaign. We also conducted TOT for CSOs in charge of implementing the intervention at the community level.
We developed the communication strategy and SBCC campaign for two nutrition interventions in Uganda and Zambia, for the Safe Nutrition for All (SN4A) program implemented by the Netherlands Development Organization (SNV). We prepared the SBCC strategy and the M&E recommendation, as well as the implementation plan. We also conducted SBCC strategic planning workshops to train stakeholders and SN4A personnel in both countries.

Our assignment with the Sustainable Sanitation and Hygiene For All (SSH4A) program included developing the SBCC strategy, preparing an M&E recommendation, and implementation plan. A Netherlands Development Organization (SNV) intervention in Zambia.
