In Indonesia, we conducted a research study to design a Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) strategy aimed at promoting earthquake preparedness among middle- and low-income homeowners living in high-risk areas. This initiative was implemented under an American Red Cross project funded by USAID/OFDA.

In Indonesia, we conducted a research study to design a Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) strategy aimed at promoting earthquake preparedness among middle- and low-income homeowners living in high-risk areas. This initiative was implemented under an American Red Cross project funded by USAID/OFDA.


Using our Community-Based Creative Approach (CBCA) tool, we facilitated a Beliefs Analysis (BA) workshop with project staff and key stakeholders to identify behaviors, barriers, and motivators related to earthquake readiness.


Based on the workshop findings, we developed research guidelines and trained the field team that conducted the Fast Track Exploratory Research (FTER) with target audiences to validate and refine the insights from the BA.


Finally, we produced the comprehensive SBCC strategy, including monitoring and evaluation (M&E) recommendations, to guide the implementation of the earthquake preparedness campaign.

In Honduras, our team supported the strategic planning of a Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) initiative designed to increase school enrollment and retention rates. The project was implemented by DEXIS with funding from USAID.

In Honduras, our team supported the strategic planning of a Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) initiative designed to increase school enrollment and retention rates. The project was implemented by DEXIS with funding from USAID.


Using our Community-Based Creative Approach (CBCA) tool, we conducted two Beliefs Analysis (BA) workshops with stakeholders and project staff in Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula to identify key behavioral barriers, motivators, and communication opportunities.


Based on the workshop findings, we developed research guidelines and trained field teams to carry out Fast Track Exploratory Research (FTER) in eight regions across the country to validate and deepen the BA insights.


We then designed and developed initial campaign concepts and pretested the communication materials through our Initial Concept Testing (ICT) process to ensure clarity, cultural relevance, and audience resonance.

In Sri Lanka, we developed a Social Marketing and Social and Behavior Change (SBC) program for the ASSET project led by the World University Service of Canada (WUSC).


Our team provided training, led the strategic planning process, developed the communication strategy, offered M&E recommendations, and prepared the implementation plan.

Our team provided training, led the strategic planning process, developed the communication strategy, offered M&E recommendations, and prepared the implementation plan.


We also prepared the creative brief and guided the selection of the communication organization responsible for producing the campaign materials. 


The ASSET project partners with public and private sector organizations as well as TVET institutions to build a skilled workforce, with a particular focus on technical education for young people entering the labor market.

In Malawi, we supported the strategic planning of a Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) intervention for the National Reading Program, implemented by LINK Community Development and funded by USAID.

In Malawi, we supported the strategic planning of a Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) intervention for the National Reading Program, implemented by LINK Community Development and funded by USAID.


We facilitated an SBCC workshop to design the communication strategy and validated it with community members to ensure cultural relevance and effectiveness.


Our team provided technical assistance to the Ministry of Information in developing the SBCC campaign, trained LINK personnel and stakeholders, and supervised the pretesting of campaign materials. 


We produced training manuals and provided TOT training on community mobilization and interpersonal communication (IPC). 


Additionally, we conducted Training of Trainers (TOT) for CSOs responsible for implementing the program at the community level, ensuring sustainable capacity for ongoing SBCC efforts.

In Zambia and Uganda, we developed the communication strategy and SBCC campaign for two nutrition interventions under the Safe Nutrition for All (SN4A) program, implemented by the Netherlands Development Organization (SNV).

Our team prepared the SBCC strategy, produced the communication materials, training manuals, trained staff and stakeholders and pretested the materials, provided M&E recommendations, 

implementation plan, and conducted strategic planning workshops to train stakeholders and Safe Nutrition for All (SN4A) personnel in both countries.


The resulting SBCC campaign included radio, print, and interpersonal communication materials focused on nutrition, specifically targeting women, children, and other vulnerable populations.

Our communication team then developed a multi-channel SBCC campaign, including radio, print, and interpersonal communication materials, targeting women, children, and vulnerable populations to promote improved sanitation and hygiene practices.
